Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at support@kickslips.org to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
